“I have dealt with Jhuri Lamica to purchase a used Cerec Omnicam (3/2021). He is a total customer service bada$$. If you think that you provide excellent service to your patients, buckle up. I get nearly instant communication in my time zone which is a few hours earlier than his. He had a technician come to me the day after I received the acquisition unit when we had a problem booting it up (some loose RAM chip–by the way, crazy good packing and delivery, I can’t imagine how it could have been better protected during shipping. My kids did a swan dive into the crate and the packing peanuts swallowed them whole.) The tech had me up and running–and offered to show me how to scan with it right then and there–all for free. I called Jhuri to let him know I needed a transfer form for my Patterson rep–he had the previous owner’s signed form to me two hours later. I won’t sleep at night now, knowing that I can’t match this guy’s customer service greatness. Call me if you have any doubts. I want to buy something else from him, I’m addicted!”

When I contacted you a few months ago asking if you had any more furnaces, I made an offer on an old style CS from a different eBay merchant. I got it for $1,600 with the pump.
